Commander Shepard

This is my take on the deafult Jane Shepard from ME2… I tried to stay as close to the origonal as possible.. I do hope she is recognizable :P And i do hope you like her… Ocheeva… Since this is for you.. ( I have a larger original file for you :) )

I’M CRYING YOU ARE THE ACTUAL BEST EVER!! She is gorgeous ;3; her eyebrows and jaw are especially perfect and i am 100% more in love with both her and your art after seeing this!

While you qts wait for caps, look at this amazing drawing I got from a wonderful wonderful woman I am proud to call my friend ♥

hi darlings!

it is SO HOT in Sweden at present and my house has terrible ventilation, so while I can spend hours playing Mass Effect in the cool, wonderful basement I can’t edit caps - since the gaming computer is not mine and I don’t think my roomie would 1) like a pirated PS copy on his computer or 2) want to give up precious game space.

I absolutely super promise that next time the temperature dips to humane levels, during a rainy day or something, I’ll re-supply the queue - in the meantime, I hope you all have a lovely summer (or winter, if you’re in those parts of the world) and if you play Elder Scrolls Online, you can hit me up on @ocheevas on the EU server and we can hang out in Cyrodiil some time! If you’re not playing in the Dominion, we can arrange a glorious cross-faction party and dance in our underwear c;

Lots of kisses!

Anonymous whispered:
If you don't mind my asking, what is it about the term 'femshep' that you don't like? Not trying to be confrontational or anything, just a little curious.

it’s cool, anon

I don’t like it because in the majority of cases, Shepard gets a gendered identifier only as a woman. I’ve seen too many people talk about “Shepard and Femshep”. I’ve seen too many occasions where they don’t come off as equal because one of them is a woman and somehow less Shepard because of that. Bioware themselves have done it, Hale and Meer have done it, and while some people use it lovingly, and some people gender both of them, this nickname still suggests an otherness for Shepards who happen to be women which I’m just refusing to buy into.

it’s 5am and i’m tired; i’m sorry if this isn’t as clear or comprehensive as it probably could’ve been (but if i hadn’t replied when i saw this i would’ve forgotten to do it at all hahah)
